Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Price Adjustment

For orders placed without the use of discount codes, we can refund the price difference only within 24 hours of purchase, in case of promotional changes.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the package has not yet been shipped.
If you request cancellation more than 12 hours after payment (and before shipment), a warehouse handling fee of 15 USD will be applied.
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

We encourage you to carefully check product information (including compatibility requirements) and estimated shipping times before placing your order.
Return eligibility and any fees depend on the reason for the return.

1) Reasons attributable to the seller/product

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us immediately.
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.

2) Reasons attributable to the customer

If the return is requested for reasons not related to product defects or seller errors (e.g., change of mind, wrong model, wrong address, compatibility issues not caused by defects), shipping costs and fees will be borne by the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Procedure

If the return is approved, you will receive shipping instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Fees for customer-attributable returns

A handling fee equal to 20% of the order value will be applied and deducted from the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for product errors or defects.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund or Replacement

After receiving the return, the item will be inspected within 3–5 business days.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 days (bank processing times may vary).

Note: we only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our fault.
